昨日は仕事が終わってからスタッフ1人と、3月に退職したスタッフと3人で久しぶりに会員制の焼き鳥屋さんへ。 元スタッフは足の手術のために3月に退職したが、「歩けるようになったら食事に行こう！」と約束しており、約2ヶ月ぶりの対面（笑） 術後も経過が良く、先日、「もしよかったら復帰したいのですが・・・」との連絡ももらっていて、嬉しいこと続き。 6月から復帰してくれることに決定。 スタッフ問題も完璧ではないが、これでかなり改善？
