Windows7の新機能と言うのかXP MODEというのがあって いわゆるWindows XPが追加ライセンスなしにVM上で動く。 XP時代が長く続いたのでアプリケーションなどの動作互換を取る必要から迫られた 苦肉の策であり、VM技術のある意味有用な応用例でもある。 で、7を入れてたのだがアプリ上の互換性に時々飛ぶなどの若干問題があって XP MODEを入れてみた。 ファイルのダウンロードが遅いのは回線の問題もあるがWindows XPの仮想マシンを 丸ごとダウンロードするのだと思えば許容可能である。 で、他の仮想マシンと違う点を挙げる方が簡単なのだが、ひとつはライセンスの問題。 7のProf…
