4月某日 国民健康保険の申請に区役所へ。年度が変わって賑わう区役所は20人待ちの表示、仕事のメールを返しながら順番を待つ。自分の不手際でのやり直しは避けたい。再度ホームページを確認し、必要事項を確認する。健康保険等資格喪失証明書、通帳、銀行印…。ついに自分の順番、絶対に不備がないと信じ窓口に行くと「本日中の交付のためには有効な住所か確認できる郵便物が必要でして…」ほらきた！自宅に帰り、適当な郵便物を握りしめ再度区役所。16人待ちの表示。デジャヴのような光景、作業中にデータが消え、やり直しているときと全く気持ちである。再び30分ほど待つ。 せっかくなので帰りに病院に寄る。診察待ち、会計待ち、処方…
