多い時であれば足の踏み場もないような生マグロの競り場も最近はご覧の通りガラガラです(T_T)明らかに魚より人の方が多いような…(^^;; そんな状況でしたが今日は頭付きキロの千葉県は房州勝浦産天然本マグロ、仕入れてます!!正直言って脂は薄い（!?）ですが色は抜群!!何より赤身がうまそうな魚です(^-^)まだ鮮度が良すぎて身が硬めですね。食べ頃は今週末かな?？ 昨日の強風でマカジキも今日は『ゼロ!!』。。昨日、買っといて良かったなぁ～(^^;) 何より今日は２月の水曜日…市場内に観光客以外歩いていないような…そんな錯覚に陥りそうなほどの人の少なさです。。 今日、市場やってますよー!! 明日も少な…
