阿蘇から、馬のロースが届きました。シンプルな、タリアータが美味しいです。今週から、サマーポルチーニが、はじまりました。今季、初物は、最上のコンディションでした！同様の状態が続くことを、期待しております。正確な入荷日は、まだ、未定ですが、北海道から、仔山羊が届く予定です。ベテランの農家さんが、丹精込めて育てた仔山羊、ご期待下さい。
