実家にて。 親戚の人が、皮ごと茹でた掘り立てたけのこをくれましたーーヽ(；▽；)ノ 皮をはいだところ↓ そして、 私の午前中がにわかに忙しくなり、 部位別？に下処理をして↓ そして、しっかり自分の家にも持って帰る態勢(;^_^A もちろん、一番素晴らしい部位を母たちの夕ご飯用に、うちの定番卵とじにしました(^_^) しばらくはたけのこ三昧だ(^o^)
