１、２ヶ月前？、母が見ていたテレビ番組で、 愛媛県のお菓子が紹介されたそうです。 はじめ母の言に従えば、 それは愛媛のお菓子メーカーの「新商品」で、 「ねじれた」形で柔らか〜いお餅のようなものだった。 そしてその番組の出演者がこぞって、 「これは美味しい！」「こんなの食べたことがない」と言うくらい、 それはそれは柔らかくて美味しそうだった、 とのこと。 （最近歯が弱くなった母。硬いものは「悪」で、柔らかいものは「善」なので😅） しかし、チラッとテレビを見ただけらしい母の説明はイマイチ曖昧で、 番組名も定かでなく、 検索してもなかなかその正体がわかりませんでした。 ところが、何度かの後に私がふと…
