旬の味・季節の花や鳥
特別好きというわけではないけれど、 この季節、地元の直販店などで「ふのり」が売られていたら、一度は買うかも。 子供の頃、これが割とよく食卓に上っていた気がしますが、 当時は、何だかもしゃもしゃしてあまり好きではなかったのです。 でもサラッとふのりの浮いた祖母の上品な味のおすましはおいしかったな〜( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ 元の画像を撮り忘れましたが、 生のものは濃い茶色です。 日本各地で採れるようですが、 うちの地方のものは「まふのり」という種類らしいです。 さっと湯通ししたらこの色になりました。 本格的に火を通すと、また元のような茶色に戻るから不思議。 今日はおすましに、 ちょっと入れすぎだったよ…
