区民水泳競技大会お疲れさまでした。 3月のリレフェスから一回にしか泳いでない上に、 リレフェスは正直アレなので、実際の大会からは、半年ぶりのダッシュでした。 死にました。よく吐かなかったと、褒めてあげたいくらいです。 気分悪くて、ずっと寝てたんだけどね。 今度の大会までにはもうちょっと泳ごう、3週間ぐらいしか無いけど せめて、大会で気分が悪くならないぐらいには。 50Frが先にあったんだけど、バテバテでした。前半25は横一線でコレはキテる！？とか思ったけど 後半のバテ具合がハンパなかった… 結局30"8とかだった。もう、泣ける。 ちょっと50Frが不甲斐なさ過ぎたので、50Baは頑張ろうと招集…
