吟醸らーめん 久保田 本店 で夕食。 今日は豚骨ラーメンがありました。この店で細麺を食べるのは初めてかな。 白くて甘みの有る系のトンコツじゃなく、オイリーなほうのトンコツでした。 美味しいのだけど、他の品と比べると、この店じゃないと！っていう個性が感じられなかったので 定番メニューの方が美味しかったかな。
