Windows Update で必要とされる BITS(Background Inteligent Transfer Service)が、スタートアップの設定で「手動」かつ”停止”状態となっていたので、これを自動実行（遅延開始）に設定変更しました。 Windows10 ではデフォルトで自動実行になっていると思っていたのですが、自動実行されているマシンと、そうでないものがありました。 なんで自動実行されないマシンがあるのか、原因は不明ですが、現在我が家の全てのWindows10マシン（８台）をチェック中です。
