Windows 11 をクリーンインストールしてから、一度も "Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface”（Intel TXE）をアップデートをしていなかったので、バージョンをチェックすると、タイムスタンプが 2017年のバージョン 1731.4.0.1199 とかなり古いことが判明。 そこでIntel のサイトで最新バージョンをダウンロードし、アップデートしてみました。
