今日と明日と、２日間だけ他店舗の応援に行く。「ドイツフェア」っていう催事があって、店員が足らないからだ。 その催事を行ってる店舗の店員さんはもちろん、その他の店舗からも先輩がいっぱい応援に来ていた。いつもの売場のメンバーではなく、たまには全然違うメンバーで一つの売場をやるのも刺激があって面白い。色んな接客技術も盗めそう。 サッカーとか野球のオールスターも、こんな感覚なのかなぁ。
