つい最近、ＮＨＫＢＳのアーカイブ特集番組で、写楽の謎を追った"池田満寿夫：謎の絵師 写楽"（１９８４年放送）を観た（ＮＨＫＢＳプレミアム：２０１７年１１月１２日）。 ３３年前の番組であったが、版画家の立場から独特の視線で写楽の正体を "売れない歌舞伎役者" と推定していく課程が面白かった。 特段の才を持たない自分には想いもつかない捉え方で、"こういう考え方もあるんだ" と感心ばかりしたのです。 何年か前に海外で肉筆画が見つかり、その分析を含めて今では "通説" 通りに、阿波徳島藩お抱え能楽師・斉藤十郎兵衛と特定されている様だ。 どことなく歌舞伎役者を "おちょくった" 様な絵柄だなぁ・・・と自…
