ただの私見
石油・・・って言えば直ぐに ＯＰＥＣ：オペック（石油輸出国機構）だ： "Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries" そしてＯＰＥＣって言えば： 最初の石油ショック時以降、今でもこの名に厭と言うほどお目にかかる。 米欧の石油メジャーを手玉に取り、石油価格の決定権を産油国側へ取り戻した機構であり、そのキーパーソンは "アハマド・ザキ・ヤマニ" 氏だった（生：１９３０年０６月３０日～没：２０２１年０２月２３日）。 覚えておられる人は昭和世代生き残りだろうなぁ・・・ Wikiによれば： 故人は － サウジアラビアの政治家かつ弁護士 － １９６２…
