明日は「うちのレモン石鹸」作りの日。準備中、レモンのいい香りが広がっています。毎年冬になると収穫・・・。中身はデトックスジュース。皮は石鹸が定番。冬の間に溜め込んだ水エネルギーに活力をプラスして、動きを起こしていくのにレモンは大活躍してくれます。 水のエネルギーはただただ溜め込んでいては「むくみ」となり、うまーく流れを作っていくと「潤い」になるそうですよ。 ご参加の皆様お待ちしておりますね。
