先日は仕事で中国・上海市あたりに出張でした。ちょうど14年前でしょうか、上海近郊に魚類調査に行きました。それ以来の中国です。縁がある地域です。色々と勉強になり、楽しかったです。ということで食べた魚を少し紹介。 こちら白水魚（カワヒラ：Chanodichthys erythropterus）の蒸し物。料理名は清蒸白水魚で良いのかな？14年前に中国に行った時も食べましたが、やはり好きな味。いつでも食べたいです。 それからこちらは14年前に行った時には食べる機会がなかった魚。鮰魚（イノシシギギ：Tachysurus dumerili）の煮つけ的な（料理名はなんていうのかな）。肉がほろほろしていて大変…
