ザイザルが効かないのであれば、漢方は如何でしょうか。小青竜湯（19番）は鼻炎の他、気管支喘息にも効能がありますので、これが効けば常備薬にできるかと思います。麻黄附子細辛湯（127番）は適応外ですが鼻炎に効きます。こちらは喘息に効能はありませんが気管支炎に効能があるので、風邪のひき初めにいいかと思います。2種類飲む必要はありませんので、宜しければ、まず19番をお試し下さいませ。
