『朝日新聞』の記事； 電車内で女性の髪を切った疑い 男子高校生を逮捕2016年6月20日13時36分 電車内で女性の髪の毛をはさみで切ったとして、神奈川県警は２０日、横浜市旭区の私立高校２年の少年（１７）を暴行の疑いで現行犯逮捕し、発表した。「性的欲求を満たすためにやった」と容疑を認めているという。 緑署によると、少年は２０日午前７時４５分ごろ、横浜市のＪＲ横浜線中山駅と鴨居駅間を走行中の電車内で、東京都町田市の女性会社員（２５）の髪をはさみで切った疑いがある。少年と女性に面識はなく、女性が被害に気づいたという。 http://www.asahi.com/articles/ASJ6N4DQVJ…
