このあいだ山梨に帰省する途中、滋賀県のどこかの道の駅で買った牛すじスープ。 古くから近江牛を扱っているお店の製品のようです(´∀｀)。早速今宵の晩ご飯になりました。 湯煎するだけなので簡単。量もけっこうあったので、1人前を2人で分けてもそんなに問題ないくらいです🥄。 そして2人で分けても、争いが起きないくらいには（笑）牛すじも入っています。その牛すじは柔らかく煮込まれていて、スープも王道の、万人向けの味つけ。 安心して選べる、そして困った時にささっと食べることのできる、守護神みたいなスープです🐂。 （と）
