あけましておめでとうございます気温2度のカナダ南オンタリオ。 東京と変わらない暖かさ？寒さ？どっち？今年も、めんどくさいな。。と思いつつ（日本に住んでいたら買っていると思う）家族の要望もありお節作りました蓮根とか売り切れで買えなかった物もあるけど、家にあるものでなんとか作成。こんにゃくは お節と関係あるのかわかりませんが、毎年１２月以降店頭から姿を消すので、今年も早めに購入。使いたい時はできるだけ白滝で代用しておせちまでもちました。こんにゃくと昆布巻きは次男が作るのも食べるもの大好きなので、今年もお手伝いお願いしました。こちらは日本で奥多摩へ行った帰りに立ち寄った澤乃井酒造さんの日本酒で作られ…
