2013年4月7日 沖縄タイムス 17面(スポーツ)より。高校野球、県春季大会で北山高校が優勝。 記事では「中学時代に全国三位に入ったときのメンバーが」とあって、実力を備えた学生は南部の強豪校に入学するのがパターンだったけど、今季はそうでもないらしい。部員17名ってこれまた漫画になりそうな。 監督の神谷氏も高校球児だったけど事情があって中退、監督として夢を分かち合うとか想いを託したという印象を受ける。ベースボール沖縄紙面でどんな風に取り上げられるかな。
