  <description>パウエル米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB)が8月26日にワイオミング州ジャクソンホールで行った講演でインフレ抑制に向けて強い姿勢で臨む決意を表明したことから、ドルが再び騰勢を強めている。8月31日時点の「Fedウォッチ」によると、市場は9月20-21日の米連邦公開市場委員会（FOMC)でFRBが75bp（0.75％ポイント）の利上げを行う可能性を74％織り込んでいる。1カ月前の7月末時点では75bp利上げの織り込みは28％に過ぎなかった。今後、2日に発表される米8月雇用統計や13日の米8月消費者物価指数（CPI)の結果によってこの織り込み度合がさらに上下する可能性が高く、ドル/円相場もこれらの米経済指標に一喜一憂する公算が大きい。 ただ、市場が9月FOMCにおいて関心を寄せるのは、利上げ幅よりも政策金利見通しを示すドットチャートであろう。ドットチャートでは、FRBが政策金利のターミナルレート（今回の利上げ局面における最終到達点）がどれくらいの水準になると見ているかが窺える。前回6月のドットチャートでは、予想ターミナルレートは3.875％であった。予想ターミナルレートが4％台に上方シフトするかどうかが9月FOMCの最大の見どころだろう。 ドル/円相場は140円台乗せが視野に入っているが、140円台に定着して9月を終えることができるかについては20-21日のFOMCがカギとなりそうだ。</description>
