正解のある世界は、インプット中心のPDCAのパラダイムで御することができる。正解のない世界はアウトプット中心でOODA。仮説を作り「Observe（観察）」「Orient（状況判断、方向付け）」「Decide（意思決定）」「Act（実行）」のサイクル。 正解のないテーマとは戦略立案だったり、キャリア構築。その領域でまず書籍をあまた読んだり、資格をとるという発想が学校のお勉強と同列で扱っていること。それって無駄なのです。 だからいわゆる学校秀才タイプがこぞってこの意味のないアプローチで、不毛な行為に時間と労力を費やしてしまう。そもそも、難関資格の会計士や弁護士だって大きな事務所に入ったらサラリー…
