アックライ (オックライ/Oqquray: Psoralea drupacea Bunge) は、ウズベキスタンやカザフスタンなど中央アジアからイラン、地中海地域に生息する、マメ科に属するハーブの一種です。アディル (Adyr) と呼ばれる荒れた丘陵地帯や乾燥地/砂地でよく見られ、放牧された家畜がよく食べるそうです (妊娠中の雌羊には毒)。 根・葉・種子には抗菌、抗酸化、抗炎症などの薬効があり、湿疹、白斑、皮膚疾患などの治療に昔から利用されてきました。開花時期は5月から7月、ただし開花期間はわずか4日間だそう。その蜂蜜 (アックライハニー：Oqquray Asal) もまた、様々なメリットを人…
