昔からちゃんとした食事よりジャンクなお菓子が好きなダメ人間ですが、中でもせんべい・おかき・あられは今も飽きることなく日常的に食べ続けています。 ちなみに、せんべいとおかきの違いは、使用するお米の種類。せんべいには粘り気の少ないうるち米、おかきには粘り気のあるもち米が使われます。 おかきとあられは大きさの違い。大きい (概ね5cm以上) のがおかき (昔は包丁で切らずに割ったことから "お欠き")、それ以下の小さいのがあられです。 あられの名前の由来は、鍋で炒る音やその形が空から降ってくる霰 (あられ) に似ているという説が有力だそう。 さて、自分は昔、せんべい・おかき・あられなら醤油味一辺倒で…
