先日ケンミンショーで沖縄の家庭なら一つはあるというソースの紹介がありました。 あれをみて とても食べたい と思ったので、近所のスーパーで買ってきました。 以下の店舗でありましたよ。 店舗紹介 | カルディコーヒーファーム こんな感じで、イギリスが原産地とは思えません。 ちなみにイギリスの料理でいい噂は聞きませんね。 よくイギリスに行く同僚は「フィッシュ・アンド・チップス」くらいしか食べるものがないと聞きますが、どれどれどんなものかね？と思っても魚とポテトフライって、どこで作ってもそこそこの味するでしょ。これ以外においしいものをあまり聞かないのはとても日本人の口にあうものがないのではないでしょう…
